Local Authority Memberships

Local Authority Memberships

Authority Membership - Population 3,000,000 or larger

For a local, regional, or county mental health, substance use, or intellectual disability/developmental disability authority, our Authority Membership’s dues are based on the population of the area served per the 2020 Census. Regional, county, or local organizations with a primary mission of performing behavioral health and/or I/DD functions are also eligible for this membership level.
